Calling all Little Chefs!!!! During each school year at Ready Set Grow Pre-School in Nassau County, the children periodically become little chefs! During the different seasons we enjoy cooking delicious snacks. In the autumn months we make scrumptious apple sauce. We prepare a friendship feast by making fruit salad and friendship soup with our family and friends for Thanksgiving! 
Boy! They sure do gobble it all up!
Do you like potatoes? Yummy yummy! During the holiday season our little chefs make tasty potato lakes! They also show their artistic talents by decorating cookies.
Wouldn’t you love to wear your pajamas all day long and make waffles?! In February we celebrate Pajama day at Ready Set Grow Pre-School in Nassau County! The children make terrific tasty waffles and have fun shadow play with flashlights!!
Did you know that Dr. Seuss’ birthday is March 2nd? And Guess What? Your right! We make green eggs and ham, and read our favorite Dr. Seuss books!
Not only do our children at Ready Set Grow Pre-School in Nassau County become little chefs….They learn to be patient, take turns and share in the process.
